Refund policy for paid plugin plans

The first payment for a Raseedo Pro or Agency plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can ask for that first-payment refund without giving a reason. The free plugin costs $0 and does not involve a purchase refund.

First-payment refunds

The guarantee applies to your first payment for a Pro or Agency plan. The request must be made within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to explain why you want the refund.

Send your request to info@raseedo.com. Include the email address used for the purchase or a copy of your Freemius receipt so we can identify the payment. You can also request the refund through the Freemius receipt.

This first-payment guarantee applies to both the one-store Pro plan and the five-store Agency plan. Pro is priced at $29 per month or $249 per year. The Agency plan is $99 per month.

Renewals and cancellations

The 14-day guarantee concerns your first payment. Renewal payments are not refunded after 14 days. If you have a question about a renewal payment, contact info@raseedo.com with the purchase email or receipt.

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid licence remains active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Pro features pause, while the free plugin continues issuing simplified invoices.

Cancelling and asking for a refund are different requests. If you want a refund of an eligible first payment, please request it within the 14-day period.

How refunded payments are returned

Freemius is the merchant of record for Pro and Agency purchases. It processes payments, receipts and refunds. A refund is sent back through Freemius to the original payment method.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a payment is incorrect or are considering a chargeback, email info@raseedo.com with your receipt or purchase email. Freemius handles the original payment as merchant of record. A payment dispute is separate from the first-payment refund guarantee described above.

The free plugin

Raseedo's free WooCommerce plugin is available at no charge. It does not require a paid plan for signed simplified invoices or credit notes. There is no fee to refund for using the free plugin.
