Accessibility statement for this website
Raseedo aims to make its website usable for people with different access needs. The target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement describes the work included in the site and where limitations may remain. It does not claim that every page or external document meets that target.
How the website is built
The site uses semantic HTML so page headings, navigation and content have meaningful structure. Pages are designed for keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator to help you follow the active link or control without using a mouse.
Arabic pages use a right-to-left layout. The site presents English and Arabic content with their respective reading directions. Colour contrast is part of the accessibility work, including legibility of text and the visibility of interface elements.
Automated axe checks run on every main website page in both languages. These checks help identify certain accessibility problems, but an automated result cannot cover every way a visitor may use the site.
Known limitations
The sample invoice image in the home page hero is described in the surrounding text. That description provides context for visitors who cannot see the sample. The image is an illustration of an invoice and should not be treated as an issued tax document.
PDF files or content provided by third parties may not meet the website's WCAG 2.2 AA target. Links to other websites can take you to content that is managed outside Raseedo. We cannot claim that those pages use the same accessibility features.
We continue to use the stated target when working on the website, while recognising that the checks described above do not establish complete conformance.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you cannot reach part of a page by keyboard, cannot read a section, or find a problem with the Arabic layout, email info@raseedo.com. Include the page address, the part of the page affected and what happened.
If you use a keyboard, screen reader or another assistive tool, you may mention it if it helps explain the issue. You do not need to provide personal information about a disability. There is no promised response time, but your report can help identify a problem that needs attention.
