ZATCA e-invoicing features for WooCommerce
Your WooCommerce orders need a record that ZATCA can receive, and your customers need an invoice they can read. Raseedo connects those parts of the process. After you enter your seller details and complete Fatoora onboarding, the plugin creates signed UBL 2.1 XML documents from paid orders. It handles simplified invoices in the free plugin. Pro adds standard invoices that ZATCA must clear before the buyer receives them.
Simplified invoice reporting for B2C orders
For a paid consumer order, Raseedo creates a simplified tax invoice, signs it with your store's certificate and adds a QR code. The document goes into a background queue for reporting to ZATCA within the 24-hour window. See how B2C reporting works for the steps and what happens when ZATCA cannot accept a submission.
Standard invoice clearance for B2B orders
Business buyers can enter their VAT and address details at checkout when Pro is active. Raseedo creates a standard tax invoice for orders with a valid buyer VAT number and sends it to ZATCA for clearance before the buyer receives it. Read about B2B invoice clearance and the difference from consumer invoice reporting.
Credit notes after refunds
A WooCommerce refund produces a credit note that refers to the original invoice and includes the refund reason. Simplified credit notes are reported to ZATCA, while standard credit notes for Pro B2B orders go through clearance. The credit notes page explains full refunds, partial refunds and the document chain.
Arabic and English customer invoices
Your customer can open an invoice page from their WooCommerce order page or order email. That page shows the invoice in Arabic and English with its QR code, and access requires the order key. See the Arabic invoice and QR code details for the fields included in the code and the Arabic admin screens.
Records, retries and Site Health
Raseedo stores each signed XML document and the response from ZATCA on your WordPress site. You can review rejected documents in WooCommerce > ZATCA E-Invoicing, under E-invoices. The rejection reason appears there and in an order note.
Network failures and ZATCA outages trigger retries for hours within the reporting window. Documents are created one at a time and carry an invoice counter and previous invoice hash to preserve the sequence, including when checkouts happen together.
Site Health warns if invoicing is enabled before onboarding is complete, when a certificate has 30 days left before expiry, or when documents have been waiting too long. Certificate renewal uses a new Fatoora OTP. Your issued XML files remain on your site if you uninstall, unless you choose to delete everything.
