Free
The free plugin covers WooCommerce stores that sell to consumers. It creates a signed simplified tax invoice for each paid order and reports it to ZATCA in the background.
You get a QR code, a bilingual customer invoice page, credit notes for refunds and an E-invoices tab showing document status and ZATCA responses.
The plugin stores signed XML files and responses on your own WordPress site. It also warns you about certificate expiry and documents waiting too long.
You can keep using the free plugin without buying Pro. Set up the free plugin.
Pro
Pro costs $29 per month or $249 per year for one store. It requires the free plugin.
Business buyers can enter their VAT number, company name and address details at checkout. Orders with a valid buyer VAT number receive a standard tax invoice, which ZATCA clears before the buyer receives it.
Pro also adds a report of paid orders missing invoices and refunds missing credit notes. You can issue missing documents in batches, retry unsent invoices and export CSV summaries or signed XML files.
Pro includes priority email support.
Agency
The Agency plan costs $99 per month for five client stores.
Each covered store gets the Pro features, including B2B clearance, missing-invoice reports and exports. The plan is intended for agencies managing ZATCA integration across several WooCommerce clients.
Agencies can also earn a 30% recurring commission on client stores they bring to Raseedo. For agency orders and commission arrangements, email sales@raseedo.com.
Which plan do I need?
If your store sells only to consumers, start with Free. It handles simplified invoices, credit notes and reporting to ZATCA.
If your customers include VAT-registered businesses that need standard tax invoices, choose Pro. It adds buyer VAT fields at checkout and ZATCA clearance before the invoice reaches the buyer.
If you manage WooCommerce stores for several clients, the Agency plan covers five client stores for $99 per month. You can review the setup guide before choosing.
Refunds and cancellation
Your first payment for a Pro or Agency plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can request a refund within that period without giving a reason.
Renewals are not refunded after 14 days.
You can cancel at any time. Your licence remains active until the end of the paid period.
When a paid licence expires, Pro features pause. The free plugin continues issuing simplified invoices, so your B2C invoicing does not depend on an active Pro subscription.
Payments and licences
Freemius is the merchant of record for paid plans. It processes payments, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, issues receipts and manages licence keys.
Pro checkout will open when the Freemius licensing store goes live. Until then, email sales@raseedo.com to arrange a Pro or Agency order.
Founding stores
Before the February 2027 deadline, founding stores can receive setup help on a call and Pro free for 12 months. Email sales@raseedo.com with your store details to ask about the offer.
Businesses with VAT-subject revenue above SAR 187,500 in any of 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025 are covered by Wave 25 and must integrate by 1 February 2027. ZATCA notifies targeted taxpayers at least six months before their integration date.
