Terms

Last updated:

These terms describe use of the free plugin and Pro add-on. Review them alongside your own responsibilities under ZATCA's e-invoicing requirements.

The free plugin and GPL licence

Raseedo Saudi E-Invoicing for WooCommerce is free and distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You can use it to onboard to Fatoora, issue simplified invoices and report them to ZATCA. The plugin requires WordPress 6.5 or later, PHP 8.1 or later and an active WooCommerce installation.

Pro licences, renewal and cancellation

Raseedo Saudi E-Invoicing Pro requires the free plugin and an active Pro licence. Pro costs $29 per month or $249 per year for 1 store. The Agency plan costs $99 per month for 5 client stores. Freemius handles licences, renewals and payments. You can cancel Pro at any time. When the licence is inactive, Pro features pause while the free plugin keeps issuing simplified invoices.

Your tax compliance responsibilities

You are responsible for your store's tax compliance, including accurate seller and buyer details, invoice content and meeting any ZATCA deadlines that apply to your business. Raseedo follows published Phase 2 specifications and has been tested against ZATCA's sandbox. You should review your tax obligations separately. This website does not provide legal or tax advice.

No ZATCA affiliation

Raseedo is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by ZATCA. ZATCA does not certify taxpayer e-invoicing software. Its provider directory is indicative; providers do not need to appear there for a taxpayer's system to meet ZATCA requirements.

Support by email

Raseedo is built and supported by independent WordPress developer Hamza Ahmad Aslam. Contact the developer by email for setup or support questions. Pro includes priority email support. No specific response time is promised.

Limits of liability

The plugin is built to ZATCA's published Phase 2 requirements and tested against its sandbox. ZATCA may still reject invoices, and network interruptions can delay reporting. You remain responsible for reviewing invoice status, maintaining your store and meeting tax obligations. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or tax penalties arising from use of Raseedo.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the plugin, Pro offering or applicable requirements change. Review the terms published on this website before making a purchase or continuing to use Pro.
