Agency partnerships and founding stores

Raseedo has two ways to work with Saudi WooCommerce stores before the Wave 25 deadline: an Agency plan for developers managing client sites and a founding store offer for merchants setting up their own invoicing.

Agencies

If you build or maintain WooCommerce stores for Saudi clients, the Agency plan covers five client stores for $99 per month. Each store uses Raseedo to connect its WooCommerce orders with ZATCA's Fatoora platform.

The free plugin handles signed simplified invoices, QR codes and reporting for paid orders. Pro adds standard B2B invoices cleared by ZATCA, a report for paid orders missing invoices, bulk retries and CSV or XML exports. The Agency plan is a way to make these Pro features available across five client stores under one plan.

Onboarding starts with the store's seller details and a six-digit OTP generated in the Fatoora portal. Raseedo creates the key and certificate request, runs ZATCA's six compliance checks and obtains the production certificate. We can help your agency with onboarding questions by email. Pro includes priority email support, without a promised response time.

Agencies can also receive a 30% recurring commission on client stores they bring to Raseedo. This is separate from the $99 per month Agency plan.

Applying as an agency

Email sales@raseedo.com with your agency name, website and the number of Saudi WooCommerce clients you work with. Tell us if you are interested in the five-store plan, the recurring commission, or both. We will use your email to discuss the relevant arrangement.

Founding stores

The founding store offer is for Saudi WooCommerce merchants preparing to integrate before 1 February 2027. Founding stores get setup help on a call and Pro access free for 12 months.

The free plugin already issues simplified B2C invoices and credit notes. Pro matters if your customers include businesses that need standard tax invoices cleared by ZATCA before delivery. It also provides a missing-invoice report and exports for your records.

Applying as a founding store

Email sales@raseedo.com before the February 2027 deadline. Include your store URL and say whether you sell to businesses. We can then discuss your setup and the founding store offer.

Raseedo is an independent plugin, not a ZATCA-approved service. Your store remains responsible for meeting the tax requirements that apply to it.
