This page describes what the Raseedo website, WordPress plugin and Pro payment provider receive. Your store's invoice records remain under your control.

This website

The Raseedo website is static. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and has no forms. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes visitors' IP addresses and request details to deliver the pages.

Email you send

When you contact the developer by email, the message and any information you include reach the developer. Send only the details needed for your request. The static website does not collect information through a form.

The plugin

The plugin connects only to ZATCA's Fatoora API after you onboard and turn on Issue e-invoices. It sends the seller details, invoice lines, amounts and VAT required by Phase 2, plus buyer details for standard B2B invoices. Signed XML files and ZATCA responses stay on your WordPress site. Certificates are encrypted using the site's security keys. The developer receives no store or customer data through the plugin.

Buying Pro

Pro licences and payments are handled by Freemius, which receives your licence and billing details when you purchase. The free plugin does not need a Pro licence to keep issuing simplified invoices.
