Pro licence terms and store activations

Raseedo has a free WordPress plugin and a paid Pro add-on. Both are licensed under GPLv2 or later. A Pro licence key gives your store access to Pro features, updates and support during the paid licence period. These terms explain the difference between your rights to the software and your access to paid services.

Your rights under the GPL

You can use, study, modify and redistribute the free plugin and Pro code under GPLv2 or any later version of that licence. Those rights do not depend on keeping a paid plan active. The GPL terms continue to apply to copies of the software you have received.

A Pro licence key covers access to paid features, updates and support for the number of stores included in your plan. The key is separate from the GPL rights to the code. Buying a plan does not change the terms under which that code is licensed.

Store limits and activation

The Pro plan covers one WooCommerce store. The Agency plan covers five client stores. Each plan has its own licence key, which you use to activate Pro features within that plan's store limit.

You may use an Agency plan to manage activations for the client stores it covers. You may not resell the licence key itself as a separate service. This restriction applies to the key and paid services, not to your GPL rights to copy or distribute the software.

If you move a store or change which store uses a Pro activation, deactivate the key on the old store and activate it on the new one. Keep the number of active stores within your plan's limit.

Payments and renewals

Pro costs $29 per month or $249 per year for one store. Agency costs $99 per month for five client stores. Freemius handles purchases, receipts and licence management.

You can cancel at any time. Your licence remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. The first payment of a Pro or Agency plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Renewals are not refunded after 14 days.

When your paid licence ends

If the licence expires or is no longer active, Pro features pause. This includes B2B standard invoices, the missing e-invoice report, bulk retry and exports. The free plugin keeps issuing simplified invoices when it is configured and enabled.

Invoices already issued are not changed by a licence lapse. Signed XML documents and ZATCA responses remain stored on your store's own site. Ending a paid licence does not remove those records.
